<li>High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the event management, entertainment, talent booking or related professional area.</li>

<p> <strong>Managing Entertainment Event Logistics and Operations </strong> </p>

<li> Plans and manages the overall operation of venue and hotel entertainment and assigned special events. </li>
<li>Coordinates sales efforts with all departments to maximize revenue opportunities. </li>
<li>Manages the day-to-day technical operation and quality assurance (e.g., special effects, lighting, sound enhancements, show systems and staging) of all entertainment venues. </li>
<li>Performs pre and post operation duties, show schedules and show time duties such as audio visual and electrical needs. </li>
<li>Promotes positive guest experiences by facilitating the running of talent and technical aspects at the optimum performance levels. </li>

<p> <strong>Supporting the Management of Event Operations (Planning and Budgeting)</strong> </p>

<li>Works in conjunction with leadership and Entertainment team in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the enhancement of all entertainment venues and special events. </li>
<li>Finalizes performance contracts and manages contract talent relationships. </li>
<li>Monitors adherence to company policies and procedures; </li>
<li>Supports leadership in concept development, stage management, coordination of creative team, talent booking and creative endeavors. </li>
<li>Creates standards for entertainment event production and assists in the quality assurance of those standards. </li>

Prepare and follow up all Electrical preventive maintenance schedules Fast and accurate response for Electrical corrective maintenance incidents (CM’s) Support in achieving the departments’ savings initiatives. Insure an appropriate customer satisfaction level of the services delivered. Ensure that all electrical materials are selected properly to assure their compatibility for the health and safety of employees. Communicate with the concerned contractors, vendors, consultants and suppliers Provides technical and financial evaluation to the contractors from the Electrical side during contracts or tenders negotiations Provide the surrounding and atmosphere that is conducive to productivity and Implement the staff workflow to maximize efficiency and quality. Develop personal skills and capabilities through constant updates of new job related knowledge, techniques, methods …etc. And any other assigned Tasks.
