Job Purpose: The Specialist, Administration and Planning will monitor, control, and administer the financial and operational functions of the unit or department. Primary Function:Logistics Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support in import and export operations, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication with logistics partners, and timely reporting to facilitate compliance and efficient shipment handling. <span>Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services!<br> About: We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of innovative ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.<br> In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow architectures.<br> Responsibilities: Engage in proposals response life cycle as ServiceNow technical solution lead Understand customer needs and requirements Draft solutions (Design/Build/Manage) defining scope & estimations, staffing plan, timelines, assumptions & dependencies, RACI & SOW assistance, etc Work with stakeholders to determine the technical strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow solution Progress the solution through internal reviews and approval cycles Deliver presentations, proposals and quotes When appropriate, perform effective online demos during Client orals Lead Technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations projects.<br> Provide technical guidance during workshops and assists in the creation and refinement of stories.<br> Configures the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Developers and Administrators.<br> Experience in design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers.<br> Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.<br> Minimum 6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (latest version preferred) ITIL Foundations certification (V3 minimum, V4 preferred) Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services integrations (SOAP, WSDL, REST).<br> Experience with the core ITSM; service portal; ITOM applications in ServiceNow.<br> Experience with AD, SSO, and LDAP.<br> Proficiency in JavaScript, with additional JavaScript frameworks if possible (such as XML, HTML, CSS and REST).<br> Foundational knowledge of relational databases (such as MariaDB, MySQL and Oracle).<br> Experience mentoring staff and assigning or delegating prioritized activities to peers and team members based on criteria such as criticality, urgency, and alignment to the organization’s objectives.<br> Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.<br></span> </div>

We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.</span></p><br><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><p><b>Financial Control & Reporting</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Prepare monthly Divisional P&L reports and compile the overall Finance Dashboard.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Prepare and submit routine GPS (internal reporting).</p><br><br></li><li><p>Support the billing process by assisting in the preparation of Sales Invoices.</p><br><br></li></ul><p><b>Transactional Oversight & Compliance</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Review, validate, and approve Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policy.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Perform internal compliance checks, including VDOC (document management) and Travel & Expense validations.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Contribute to internal control roadmaps and execute assigned audit action plans.</p><br><br></li></ul><p><b>Treasury & Stakeholder Communication</b></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Partner with the Shared Service Center (SSC) and banking partners to oversee treasury workflows, including payroll, government payments, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) forecasting.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Coordinate with Group central engineering (CGE) Finance and global entities to track and resolve accounts receivable overdues.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><b>Requirements</b><br><p><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</p><br><br><p><b>Experience: </b>2–4 years of progressive experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Corporate Reporting (automotive or manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred).</p><br><br><p><b>Technical Skills: </b>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data modeling, lookups, pivot tables). Working knowledge of ERP systems required (SAP experience strongly preferred).</p><br><br><p><b>Languages: </b>Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
