Associate/Salaried GP

6-10 sessions available, Dublin, Republic of Ireland, 15-minute appointments, €140,000-150,000 FTE.

An exciting new opportunity for you to work as a salaried GP in a successful, patient-centred GP surgery in Dublin is now available. The practice is well-organised and promotes a friendly, supportive environment amongst its team (over 7 GPs and 3 nurses). The practice has a reputation for excellent patient care and provides a working environment that allows for a healthy work-life balance for their GPs. Please read on for further info.

Key duties

• 6-10 sessions per week available
• Excellent practice building and facilities
• Socrates practice software
• 15-minute patient appointments
• Allocated admin time within each session
• Very well organised practice
• Friendly and cohesive group of GPs
• Very low house visits
• Very stable, friendly and cohesive team
• Support to continue or develop clinical interests

Package and benefits

• Permanent employed contract
• Salary circa €140,000-150,000 (based on full time) depending on skillset and experience
• Indemnity cover provision

• 6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)

Key skills, qualifications and client requirements

• You must hold either two years of GP experience or the equivalent Family Medicine qualification
• Experience in primary care
• Good level of English (IELTS may be required)
• Applications from UK, EU and Non-EU doctors may be considered if you hold correct qualifications
• Support with IMC registration may be discussed if not already registered as a General Practitioner with IMC
• Ideally hold MICGP or MRCGP (UK) status
