Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals. Lead negotiations, manage deal structuring, and successfully close strategic contracts. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development and project delivery.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory) From 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Development within the construction and/or energy sectors Strong technical understanding of contracting, construction processes, and project lifecycles Demonstrated success in sales, proposal development, and client negotiations Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and market research tools
