You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver winning strategies and secure high-value projects.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals. Identify, evaluate, and secure new opportunities within the construction and energy sectors. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals. Lead negotiations, manage deal structuring, and successfully close strategic contracts. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development and project delivery.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory) From 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Development within the construction and/or energy sectors Strong technical understanding of contracting, construction processes, and project lifecycles Demonstrated success in sales, proposal development, and client negotiations Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and market research tools

Job Summary: <br> - The Technical Sales Engineer (Delta Area) is responsible for assisting with the selling of complex scientific and technological products or services, maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes, and assisting to close sales where technical expertise required to fit the clients' needs.<br>Duties and responsibilities:<br>▪️Presenting Shell’s industrial lubricants, company portfolio and services. <br>▪️Targeting clients and Acquired new client . <br>▪️Meeting customer satisfaction by close follow up & after sales services. <br>▪️Provide technical support for clients to ensure client’s satisfaction.<br> ▪️Keeping clients updated with new products & services.<br> ▪️Provide the client with the proper lubricants and proper lubricants equivalents to support the client to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. <br>▪️Submit price offers. <br>▪️Coordinate with the head office to obtain credit approvals & issue invoices to be delivered to clients. <br>Requirements :<br>1.
