Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Tendering Manager Engineer (Civil). The individual in this role will oversee the tendering process for urban planning projects, prepare and review tender documents, manage procurement strategies, and engage in project planning and costing. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and supporting sales efforts to align tender submissions with client requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation Proficiency in Procurement and Sales, with a strong understanding of market analysis Proven experience in Project Management, especially in civil engineering and urban planning projects Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and negotiation skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus Familiarity with urban planning and infrastructure project frameworks
