Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Software QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing, solid knowledge of test automation, and a good understanding of performance testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications by designing and executing effective testing strategies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing. Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback to improve product quality. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to resolve issues. Support performance testing activities and analyze application performance results. Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment. Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing. Solid knowledge and practical experience in Test Automation. Good understanding of Performance Testing concepts and tools. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools. Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
