<p>Perform general office duties to support sales and marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying). Follow up on administrative requests, including letters, pictures, and family reports for sponsors.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><h2>Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills</h2><p>Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field.</p><p>1-3 years of experience in field coordination, community development, or project tracking.</p><p>Experience working with the Coptic community is an asset.</p><p>Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</p><p>Good presentation and training skills.</p><p>Ability to commute and travel between different sites in the assigned area.</p><p>Ability to administer and utilize available resources to reach the program's goals.</p><p>Ability to assess social situations and act tactfully and responsibly.</p><h2>Travel and Working requirements</h2><p>Travel may reach up to 80% of the time.</p><p>Work involves frequent local travel within assigned program areas.</p><p>Work environment includes field settings with walking, sitting, typing, using public transportation, and occasional lifting of materials.</p><p>May require working outside official hours and on weekends as needed.</p><p></p></section>
