<ul><li><p>Prioritize mechanical work in site according to the project plan through following-up mechanical daily work implementation in the site according to specialization (HVAC / Firefighting / Plumping).</p></li><li><p>Ensure work quality is matching the project’s standards and specification in coordination with the Quality Control Engineer.</p></li><li><p>Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution.</p></li><li><p>Issuing purchasing orders for mechanical needed materials required for mechanical work in site and follow up with the procurement department.</p></li><li><p>Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the mechanical work groups at the site.</p></li><li><p>Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.</p></li><li><p>Reviews contractors’ invoices related to mechanical works to ensure accuracy and completeness.</p></li><li><p>Prepare as-built drawing for mechanical works at site.</p></li><li><p>Answer questions that arise during install, review documents submitted by the mechanical contractor to ensure that the materials that will be installed are correct.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for overseeing the work of contractors over the course of the project &amp; tracks the contractor’s scheduled milestones; materials, equipment, and labor used; the quality and workmanship of outputs, and provides the contractors, observations, recommendations, and supervision.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>At least 1-3 years of experience</strong> in Site Work projects <strong>(HVAC specially in VRV or VRF is a Plus, Firefighting, Plumbing).</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Previous Experience in Electromechanical Contracting or in a Construction Company is a MUST</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Graduated from Mechanical Engineering is a MUST</strong></p></li><li><p>Good in <strong>AutoCAD</strong> and other relevant engineering software</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time-management abilities</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure</p></li></ul><p></p>
