Job Purpose The Costing Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting all costing and financial control activities within the manufacturing operation. The role focuses on product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, budgeting support, overhead allocation, and maintaining accurate costing records to ensure reliable financial reporting and informed business decisions.<br>Key Responsibilities Costing & Cost Analysis Prepare and maintain product costing records and cost sheets. The role manages a full team covering reporting, consolidation, and tax specialists.<br>Job duties & responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Consolidation:Lead preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for all Group entities under EAS and IFRS. Oracle EBS & Systems:Oversee integrity of financial data in Oracle EBS (GL, Fixed Assets, AP, AR) across all Group entities. Lead system-driven period-end close including account reconciliations, GL reviews, and intercompany matching. Collaborate with IT/ERP teams to develop and maintain reporting templates, COA structures, and consolidation mappings.<br>6. Team Leadership:Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of senior accountants, reporting analysts, and tax specialists. <h4>What this job involves</h4>
<p>We are looking for a Facilities Manager for our Integrated Facility Management business line.</p>
<p>The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities service as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract and will report to the Senior Facilities Manager or Regional FM. In this capacity, the jobholder will be the person responsible for the service delivery at specified locations, which will be measured by contractual KPIs or SLAs. The role will have functional accountability for an assigned sector of the Client Sites and the jobholder is responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction.</p>
<p>The FM is responsible for working directly with the local client to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and the implementation of acceptable property-specific operating strategies that achieve these required standards. Once developed the FM must oversee the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the FM team (e.g. direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees) to achieve the goals. The FM is responsible for representing Jones Lang LaSalle in the local and regional business and real estate community in order to promote Jones Lang LaSalle’s reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients.</p>

Oversee and follow up on all technical maintenance for installations (AC/heating/fire extinguishing system, electrical installations etc.).<br>
Negotiate, renegotiate and maintain contracts with vendors.<br>
Planning and budgeting of internal fit-out works and technical installations.<br>
