We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to manage and oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensure optimal production capacity, and implement quality standards in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Execution: Prepare sub-plans and operational programs to achieve the company's main targets. Production Scheduling: Track the production schedule based on the harvesting plan and priority matrix issued by the Planning Department, and allocate work across production lines. Resource Availability: Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and necessary production tools to enable smooth operation without downtime. Workforce Management: Organize shift schedules and manage daily work rosters. Supervision & Leadership: Direct, supervise, and issue daily instructions and assignments to supervisors.
