Cost Accountant.
Job Description
• Cost Control & Analysis:
- Calculate and analyze the cost of raw materials (coffee, milk, and other ingredients) and the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for finished products.
- Review and audit periodic inventory lists for all branches and identify any stock variances (Waste & Loss).
- Develop pricing mechanisms and analyze the profit margin for each item.
• Daily Accounting & Reconciliation:
- Accurately record and audit all daily revenues and expenses (Daily Sales/Cash Reconciliation).
- Monitor cash movement and sales through the Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Reporting:
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on costs, profits, losses, and cash flows.
- Assist in preparing budgets and tracking actual performance against them.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Restaurant/Café or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level) and experience with ERP systems or specialized accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and analyze financial variances.
• Ability to work systematically and efficiently under tight deadlines.
