Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate to run the dishwashing machine, and complete proper documentation. Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Clean the dishwashing machine, including removing trash and spraying the inside of the machine, cleaning and unclogging the spray arms and jets, cleaning the outer surfaces of the machine and troubleshoot dishwasher malfunctions as required. Work with employees working on all shifts in order to distribute duties. Actively take part in all operations and ensure that operations are carried out seamlessly. Monitor the buffet preparation equipment and hand them over to the buffet attendant fully functional. Assist his/her seniors and assume the full responsibility of the department in their absence. Control the entry/exit and break hours of employees. Control the washing cycle of the dishwasher to ensure that the proper cycle is used and correct it, if necessary. * Handle requests placed by juniors and, when necessary, report them to his/her seniors. Control garbage collection and the garbage areas and ensure that the necessary arrangements are made. Take part in the Emergency Response Teams. To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. Implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities.
