Job Responsibilities:Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment ensuring all company and regulatory standards are achieved at all times. Adherence to implement 5S & Lean projects and instructions. Ensure production discipline 24/7 three shifts and ensure that production meets quality and delivery requirements, while staying within budgetary constraints. Coordinate the monthly output plan with the planning department to maximize the operating efficiency & monthly output. Execute the production plan according to the Standard operating procedures for every process. Evaluate and optimize production workflows, material usage, and machine setups to maximize output and minimize downtime. Coordinate & review the weekly machine loading plan and the approved designs of production plan. Optimize overall production costs, productivity & OEE. Ensure all plant and equipment operates in accordance with required standards Contribute and driving continuous improvement of production resources “Manpower, Machine & Materials”. Diagnose origin of breakdowns (including human error), troubleshoot problems & take needed corrective actions in any Non Conformity case in product, machine & material. Develop and implement production processes for new products, process & material. Supervise the direct reports for executing the production output and ensure that the production processes are done properly. Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments Establish productive, dynamic, working relationships with the Engineering, Quality, Design and Planning departments, prioritizing the required work and maintaining regular associations through meetings and communications to discuss any issues Scheduling jobs with maximum manpower utilization & resources to achieve production target in coordination with Planning Dept. & Plant Manager. Estimate manpower requirements, production times, material requirements, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions Prepare a daily production report to be approved by the production manager to be sent to the production planning department Provide technical training time to time to subordinates to develop their skills. Responsible for the proper upkeep of all records as per ISO procedures.
Job Qualifications:Education: B. Sc. of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Production or Production Engineering. Years of Experience: 0-2 years. Language: Arabic & English Computer skills: Microsoft office
