Talent Acquisition & Background Verification</p><p>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.</p><p>Conduct Thorough Background & Reference Checks: Rigorously verify candidates' resumes, employment histories, track records, and credentials by directly contacting former employers prior to extending job offers.</p><p>Design and implement tailored assessment tests to evaluate candidates' actual skills and suitability for target-driven roles.</p><p>2. Performance Management & KPIs</p><p>Establish and implement objective Performance Management Systems (KPIs) across all departments in coordination with executive leadership.</p><p>Conduct regular performance evaluations to track deliverables against sales targets and operational goals.</p><p>Address performance gaps decisively through structured improvement plans or formal administrative action.</p><p>3.
