Collect household and beneficiary data to support program implementation and reporting. Identify and escalate social risks, worker welfare concerns, child labour cases, and non-compliance findings through established channels. Foster trust and collaboration with farmers, workers, schools, and community members. What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in community work, social work, worker engagement, rural development, child protection, NGO programming or field-based social sustainability work. Experience working with rural communities, agricultural workers, schools, vulnerable households, women, seasonal workers or factory/processing workers. Experience handling sensitive social issues. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to travel extensively within Beni Suef and surrounding communities. Good understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and child protection principles. Practical field-monitoring, documentation and reporting skills & ability to collect accurate data and maintain organized records. Sufficient English for basic reporting, email communication and use of standard templates.
