Talent Acquisition Lead Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. Minimum 10:12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience within the construction, EPC, or substation projects sector in the GCC. Strong expertise in recruiting technical, engineering, and project-based roles. Hands-on experience with Oracle or any ERP system. Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Preferred Candidate: A Talent Acquisition professional with extensive GCC experience supporting large-scale construction and substation projects, capable of leading recruitment strategy, building talent pipelines, and partnering with senior leadership to attract top talent.
