Context
<br><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><br><br><p>We are seeking a dynamic <strong>Senior Architectural Engineer</strong> to lead architectural detailing, space coordination, finishes, wayfinding/signage compliance, fire and life safety, and spatial integration across Cairo Metro Line 1 stations and technical facilities. The role requires close coordination with multi-system engineering teams and adherence to Employer Requirements.</p><br><br>
Missions/Main Duties
<br><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Lead the architectural design and documentation packages, ensuring seamless integration of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and CBTC/telecom installations within existing station architectures.</li><li>Oversee the development and submittal of architectural layout drawings, material specifications, finishes, and interior coordination details.</li><li>Manage the execution of signage, wayfinding, graphic standards, and accessibility criteria.</li><li>Review and coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and architectural interfaces with the Employer (NAT), the Engineer, and interfacing parties.</li><li>Ensure compliance with fire protection, life safety standards, and local municipal codes applicable to underground and surface metro stations.</li><li>Perform site inspections and supervise site activities</li><li>Review BIM models.</li></ul>
