Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Sales Engineer will engage with customers to understand their furniture requirements, provide technical guidance on materials, designs, and configurations, and prepare detailed quotations and proposals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with production and design teams to ensure feasibility of custom requests, and following up on leads to convert them into sales. The role also involves resolving customer inquiries, offering post-sale technical support, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The Sales Engineer will work closely with management to identify growth opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to bridge customer requirements with technical furniture specifications. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, clarify technical details, and manage client expectations. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Relevant experience in furniture, interior design, or manufacturing environments is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field is preferred. Ability to read technical drawings, understand production processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems) and basic reporting skills.
