<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating or issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify or adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports, logs, contingency lists. Complete cashier and closing reports. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges. Balance and drop receipts. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Obtain manual authorizations and follow all accounting procedures. <p>Lead and oversee the landscape design function across real estate developments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, functional, and aesthetically appealing outdoor environments. The role is responsible for ensuring all landscape designs align with the project vision, development brief, budget requirements, operational considerations, regulatory standards, and construction objectives while maintaining design excellence and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>

<li>Develop and prepare comprehensive landscape design scopes covering softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, lighting coordination, site furniture, signage integration, and long-term maintenance requirements.</li>
<li>Lead the technical evaluation and selection of landscape consultants, specialist designers, contractors, and tender bidders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on key landscape design performance indicators, including green area targets, planting quality, irrigation efficiency, public realm performance, accessibility, maintainability, and compliance with project and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Manage the full landscape design lifecycle from concept development through schematic design, detailed design, tender documentation, construction support, and final handover.</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable Egyptian codes, authority requirements, environmental regulations, accessibility standards, and project approval processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with architecture, civil, MEP, irrigation, lighting, wayfinding, operations, and maintenance teams to deliver integrated, functional, durable, and buildable landscape solutions.</li>
<li>Support project delivery during construction by overseeing landscape-related site activities, including material and plant approvals, mock-ups, RFIs, technical reviews, site coordination, and contractor engagement as required.</li>

<h4>Required skills to be successful</h4>

<li>10-12+ years of experience in landscape architecture, landscape design, public realm design, or design management within real estate development, consultancy, mixed-use developments, hospitality, retail, or large-scale urban projects.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading landscape design projects across all stages, from concept design through construction and handover.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in landscape design leadership, consultant management, planting design review, and hardscape and softscape coordination.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of irrigation systems, landscape lighting coordination, public realm design, and sustainable landscape practices.</li>
<li>Experience in technical design reviews, material selection, mock-up evaluations, authority approvals, and contractor coordination.</li>

<li>3+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or Commercial Finance, with at least 1 year of experience within the real estate industry.</li>
<li>Experience in real estate, construction, project management, or mixed-use developments is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis, and business performance management.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of accounting standards (EAS, IAS, IFRS) and financial statement preparation.</li>
<li>Experience preparing financial models, cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.</li>

<p><h4>Job summary</h4>
<p>Leads and operates information technology (IT) discipline for properties and managed offices in scope. Manages a team of IT resources and is accountable for day-to-day hotel and company office IT operations. Provides support to operations leaders for owner relations and negotiations on IT matters. Once handed over from the direct manager, accountable for new opening/acquisition construction oversight, countdown, and live operation. Executes property internet support. Works with direct manager on vendor management and product development for the assigned market.</p>

<h4>Education and experience</h4>

<li>Hotel or hospitality management education, awareness of global hospitality technology trends. Experience in assignments at international locations. Back of the house and guest facing operational and technical experience with hospitality management systems. Minimum 3 years in an associate supervisory role.</li>
