<p><b>Egypt Commercial IT Director (Head of IT)</b></p><br><br><p>Role Summary</p><br><br><p>The Egypt Head of IT / Commercial IT Director is the senior country IT leader and single point of contact for all IT-related matters to the local business. The role translates global, regional and MEA strategies into market execution while aligning the country agenda to the new IT transformation priorities: product and platform ownership, speed and agility, responsible AI adoption, reusable technology capabilities, operational observability, and simplification for value. The Director is accountable for technology strategy, delivery, governance, risk, service reliability and adoption that enable commercial growth, customer engagement, productivity and business technology transformation in Egypt.</p><br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategy, country leadership and business partnership: Lead the Egypt Commercial IT strategy, roadmap and investment agenda as a member of the Country Senior Leadership Team. Advise business leaders on technology-enabled opportunities, risks and trade-offs, and ensure IT remains the trusted local entry point for all market technology matters.</li><li>Product and platform ownership: Establish clear ownership for country products, platforms and technical capabilities, clarifying the role of product owners, platform owners and business stakeholders. Drive lifecycle management, prioritization, value realization and adoption across commercial and cross-functional platforms.</li><li>Speed, agility and simplification for value: Lead with pace and comfort in uncertainty, simplifying processes and technology choices to improve speed, agility and business value rather than reducing complexity for cost alone. Remove duplication and focus scarce capacity on the highest-value priorities.</li><li>Business outcomes and portfolio value: Translate business goals into an integrated portfolio of technology initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes in revenue growth, productivity, customer engagement, operational efficiency and cost optimization. Track benefits realization and ensure technology investments directly support brand, key account, field force and channel strategies.</li><li>AI adoption and automation: Accelerate responsible adoption of AI, automation and data-enabled use cases in commercial and enabling functions. Champion the ambition for IT to be a benchmark for AI adoption while ensuring appropriate governance, privacy, security and change management.</li><li>Forward-deployed engineering and reusable APIs: Partner closely with business teams to shape practical technology solutions, applying forward-deployed engineering principles where appropriate. Promote reusable APIs, integration patterns and shared capabilities so local solutions can scale and be reused rather than rebuilt.</li><li>AIOps, observability and service excellence: Strengthen service management, observability, proactive monitoring, incident response and continuous improvement. Use data-driven operations and AIOps practices to improve reliability, performance, user satisfaction and business continuity.</li><li>Data, security and compliance: Ensure adherence to global and local data privacy laws, compliance standards, cybersecurity protocols and audit requirements. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Information Security and Quality to remain audit-ready and regulatorily aligned.</li><li>Architecture, integration and local innovation: Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture, standards, cloud governance and integration patterns while enabling local innovation where justified by value, risk and scalability. Balance global platform consistency with market-specific needs.</li><li>Team leadership and capability building: Build, lead and develop a high-performing Egypt IT team. Reinvest in the team's skills for the world of AI, product/platform ways of working, data literacy, engineering discipline, delivery excellence and continuous improvement.</li><li>Stakeholder engagement, change and adoption: Maintain strong collaboration with global and regional IT, Commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Communicate clearly on strategy, roadmaps, risks, dependencies and outcomes; lead change management to drive adoption and sustained business value.</li><li>Financial management, governance and risk: Plan and manage IT budgets with strong financial governance. Optimize resource allocation, vendor management, contracts and commercial terms; oversee IT risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery and service governance for Egypt.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics). Atomica AI is seeking a qualified dentist with experience or a strong interest in software product management, implant dentistry, and guided surgery.<br>The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement of Atomica’s Dental Implant Guided Surgery Application. The role combines clinical expertise, product management, user research, software testing, and close coordination with development teams.<br>The Product Manager will translate the needs of dentists, implant surgeons, dental laboratories, manufacturing partners, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders into clear product requirements and efficient guided-surgery workflows.<br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Product Strategy and Ownership Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for Atomica’s Guided Surgery Application. Define product priorities based on clinical value, user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations. Develop a clear understanding of the complete guided-surgery workflow, from patient imaging and treatment planning through guide design, manufacturing, and clinical use. Identify opportunities to improve usability, automation, clinical accuracy, workflow efficiency, and product adoption. Monitor competing guided-surgery products, emerging clinical workflows, and digital-dentistry trends.<br><br>Clinical Workflow Development Analyze implant-planning and guided-surgery workflows and translate them into practical software features and requirements. Work with workflows involving CBCT, DICOM, STL, intraoral scans, surface matching, segmentation, implant positioning, nerve tracing, guide design, sleeve selection, fixation pins, anchor pins, and guide manufacturing. Support the development of tooth-supported, mucosa-supported, bone-supported, stackable, and full-arch surgical-guide workflows. Ensure that product workflows reflect real clinical requirements and are understandable to general dentists, implant surgeons, laboratories, and support teams. Identify clinical risks, workflow limitations, and edge cases that should be addressed in the product.<br><br>Requirements and Documentation Gather requirements from dentists, surgeons, laboratories, commercial teams, support teams, partners, and other stakeholders. Conduct user interviews, feedback sessions, workflow evaluations, beta programs, and usability testing. Prepare clear user stories, acceptance criteria, product specifications, workflow diagrams, and clinical documentation. Define expected product behavior, validation rules, error handling, and user guidance. Maintain accurate product documentation and product knowledge.<br><br>Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate closely with UI/UX designers, software developers, QA engineers, technical leads, regulatory teams, and commercial teams. Review workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and technical proposals before development. Clarify requirements throughout implementation and resolve product questions raised by development and QA teams. Ensure consistency between desktop, cloud, and web-based components of the Guided Surgery Application. Coordinate dependencies with related Atomica products, including segmentation, case management, cloud collaboration, and manufacturing workflows.<br><br>Testing and Release Management Participate in functional testing, clinical workflow testing, issue investigation, and release-readiness reviews. Validate that implemented features meet clinical, usability, and product requirements. Help define test scenarios for routine cases, complex cases, and clinical edge cases. Prioritize defects and usability issues based on clinical and business impact. Plan product releases and prepare internal and external release communications. Monitor product performance and user feedback after release.<br><br>Implant and Surgical Component Libraries Manage implant, surgical kit, sleeve, drill, abutment, fixation-pin, and related dental-component library integrations. Coordinate with implant manufacturers and other partners to collect catalogs, technical specifications, compatibility data, and 3D files. Review library data for completeness, accuracy, naming consistency, and usability. Help define validation and approval processes for new or updated component libraries. <h4>Required skills to be successful:</h4>
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out, construction, handover management, or property management, preferably within the real estate or residential development sector.</li>
<li>Proven experience coordinating unit handovers, fit-out activities, snagging/de-snagging, and working with developers, contractors, consultants, and residents.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, fit-out requirements, handover procedures, and property management practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and internal teams.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</li>
<li>Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.</li>
</ul>
