<p><strong>IT Network Analyst</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated and skilled <strong>IT Network Analyst</strong> to join our IT Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies and a solid background in network operations, administration, and troubleshooting.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN and WAN infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and firewall-related issues.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the management and support of VoIP systems and network security solutions.</p></li><li><p>Participate in network upgrades, performance optimization, and documentation activities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of IT services.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in network administration and support.</p></li><li><p>Practical experience with:</p><ul><li><p>LAN/WAN technologies</p></li><li><p>Routing and Switching</p></li><li><p>Firewalls and Network Security</p></li><li><p>Wireless Networks</p></li><li><p>VoIP Solutions</p></li><li><p>Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms</p></li><li><p>MikroTik routing and networking solutions</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Certifications</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)</strong> – Mandatory</p></li><li><p><strong>CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)</strong> – Preferred and considered an added advantage</p></li><li><p>Firewall-related certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Firepower, etc.) – Strong advantage.</p></li><li><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of network security best practices.</p></li><li><p>Experience working within an enterprise environment.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p>
