<p>Handle complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams. Troubleshoot advanced Linux, server, network, cloud, and application-layer issues. Perform root-cause analysis for system failures, performance problems, and security incidents. Manage and optimize Linux servers, Windows Servers, virtual machines, web servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Maintain high availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems. Manage and support AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Configure and maintain web hosting platforms including Apache, Nginx, cPanel, Plesk, and WHM. Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Bash, Python, or PowerShell . Support CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments. Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana . Analyze system and application logs using platforms such as ELK Stack and Splunk . Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP . Strong understanding of web hosting technologies and platforms.
