BCCIT Academy focuses on developing both technical capabilities and human development competencies for diverse learners.<br>Role Description The Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sawhāj. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs in areas such as computer skills, languages, business administration, and human resource management. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training plans, developing curricula and training materials, scheduling classes, and ensuring that courses meet accreditation and quality standards. The Training Manager will supervise trainers, monitor course performance, gather feedback from learners, and implement improvements to enhance teaching effectiveness and learner outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with external partners, managing certification processes, and supporting marketing efforts for training programs.<br>Qualifications<br> Demonstrated experience in training management, program coordination, or educational administration. Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to oversee multiple courses and schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with trainers, learners, and external partners. Ability to evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Proficiency in computer applications commonly used in training (e.g., presentation tools, learning management systems, office software). Experience in one or more relevant domains such as computer training, language training, business administration, or human resource management. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
