<p>L’agent de réservation s’assure de la prise en charge des demandes de réservations effectuées par nos clients.</p>
<p>Ces demandes peuvent provenir de différents canaux (téléphone, chat, emails, réservations effectuées par GDS).</p>
<p>L’une des responsabilités principales d’un agent de réservation consiste à répondre aux demandes téléphoniques de réservations. En ce sens, l’agent est avant tout un vendeur qui se doit de connaître parfaitement l’hôtel et ses services, les différentes catégories de chambre ou de suites ainsi que ce qui les caractérisent et de concrétiser les demandes.</p>
<p>L’un des autres aspects de la fonction d’agent de réservation consiste à faire un suivi administratif des différentes demandes : traiter les correspondances reçues par email ou téléphone, s’assurer du bon suivi des différentes tâches à effectuer lors d’un shift et être informé des dernières mises à jour au sein du service.</p>
<p>L’agent de réservation doit faire preuve d’un bon esprit d’équipe, avoir une excellente présentation, avoir une bonne élocution et de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme.
