المتطلبات الوظيفية :
خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في الموارد البشرية داخل مصر، تشمل التوظيف، شؤون العاملين، الحضور والانصراف، الرواتب والتأمينات الاجتماعية.
خبرة مثبتة في إعداد ومتابعة تقارير الغياب والتأخير والإجازات، وتحليل أسبابها، ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة مع اقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
خبرة عملية في إنشاء وتطبيق نظام تقييم أداء الموظفين، يشمل تحديد مؤشرات الأداء KPI، ومتابعة فترات التجربة، وإجراء التقييمات الشهرية أو الربع سنوية بالتنسيق مع مديري الأقسام.
القدرة على متابعة أداء الموظفين وتحديد حالات ضعف الأداء أو عدم الالتزام مبكرًا، ووضع خطط تحسين أداء موثقة قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء إداري.
خبرة في إعداد ومتابعة خطة القوى العاملة Manpower Planning وتحديد الاحتياجات الحالية والمستقبلية لكل قسم.
القدرة على إعداد خطة إحلال واستبدال للوظائف المهمة، وعدم انتظار مغادرة الموظف لبدء البحث عن بديل.
خبرة في بناء قاعدة بيانات للمرشحين وتجهيز قائمة مرشحين احتياطية للوظائف التي يكثر بها معدل الدوران.
القدرة على متابعة مؤشرات الموارد البشرية، ومنها معدل الغياب، التأخير، دوران العمالة، مدة شغل الوظائف، نسبة اجتياز فترة التجربة ودقة الرواتب.
القدرة على إجراء مقابلات البقاء مع الموظفين Stay Interviews ومقابلات انتهاء الخدمة، وتحليل أسباب ترك العمل واقتراح حلول لتقليل معدل الدوران.
معرفة قوية بقانون العمل المصري وقانون ومنظومة التأمينات الاجتماعية وإجراءات استمارات 1 و2 و6.
إجادة Excel، بما يشمل VLOOKUP أو XLOOKUP وPivot Tables، والقدرة على إعداد تقارير ولوحات متابعة دورية.
خبرة في أنظمة الحضور والانصراف والـHRIS، مع الالتزام بتحديث بيانات الموظفين بشكل مستمر.
دقة رقمية عالية، وسرية تامة، وتنظيم قوي، والقدرة على الالتزام بمواعيد إقفال الرواتب والتقارير.
شخصية عملية، استباقية وحازمة، وقادرة على متابعة المديرين والموظفين والتأكد من تنفيذ الإجراءات في مواعيدها.
القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل والتنسيق مع الإدارة المالية والعمليات ومديري الأقسام المختلفة.
إجادة التواصل باللغة العربية، وتعد اللغة الإنجليزية الجيدة ميزة إضافية.
