The Role (What you will do): We are looking for a Tech Legal Tech Counsel who can operate at the intersection of legal, technology, and governance covering four core areas with balanced weight. You will work in close partnership with the CLCO across countries and time zones and collaborate in person with the technical team responsible for the company s software applications, and AI models to ensure legal requirements are translated into clear, practical policies and customer-ready commitments, with preference of working in a tech company as such (Amazon, EY, Deloitte, PWC, Microsoft, Samsung, etc...) Privacy & Data Protection (Primary): Practical privacy counsel and contracting across regional PDPLs and global enterprise expectations. Corporate / Companies & Structuring (Secondary): Support corporate governance and group structuring needs relevant to a cross-border technology business (including IP holding vs. operating company realities, board/approvals, and risk containment). Tech Transactions (SaaS/AI) & Delivery Contracting (Core): Build and negotiate the deal stack in a way that protects delivery outcomes, reduces ambiguity, and supports commercial execution. Security & Trust Enablement + AI/GenAI Governance (Core): Translate security and responsible-AI requirements into clear policies, addendums, and contract positions that enterprise customers can accept. Key Responsibilities: A) Privacy, Data Governance & Cross-Border Advise on regional PDPLs and implementing regulations with focus on UAE, Egypt, then Saudi Arabia, and how they impact product, contracting, and operations. Draft and negotiate DPAs, controller/processor language, sub-processor governance, and data sharing / transfer clauses aligned to enterprise expectations (GDPR-style baseline where relevant). Support DPIA-style risk assessments and privacy by design measures with product/engineering. B) Corporate / Companies & Internal Governance Support corporate governance workstreams relevant to a group with cross border operations (approvals, delegations, board/shareholder documentation where needed). Help keep the legal posture consistent with a structure where IP and commercialization/operations may sit in different entities, ensuring clean responsibility lines and controlled risk exposure. Maintain internal policies that connect legal rules to operational reality (e.g., who can sign what, deal desk gates, compliance escalation paths). C) Tech Transactions (SaaS/AI) & Delivery Discipline Draft/review/negotiate MSA/MSuA, Order Forms, SOWs, SLAs and key tech clauses (acceptance/UAT, change control, delivery milestones, support models). Build negotiation-ready templates and fallback positions (liability, indemnities, IP/licensing, data use, audit, termination) that preserve trust and do not block execution. Ensure professional services terms prevent scope creep and protect timelines, acceptance, and invoicing. D) Security & Trust Enablement Convert security requirements into contract language: security addendum, incident/breach terms, audit rights, encryption/logging/access control commitments, and pen-test boundaries. Partner with security/engineering to respond to customer due diligence (vendor questionnaires) in a consistent, evidence-based way. E) AI / GenAI Governance (Contracts + Policies) Draft practical AI policies and customer-facing addendums (acceptable use, transparency/disclaimer language, human oversight, logging/traceability concepts where applicable). Support governance for fine-tuning and model improvement responsibilities, including risk allocation and safe-use commitments aligned to enterprise expectations and emerging standards. Help design policy-to-code alignment: turning governance requirements into implementable product controls with the technical team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Baseline Knowledge: We expect working familiarity with: Regional Data Protection / PDPL regimes and their implementing regulations (focus: UAE Egypt Saudi Arabia). Electronic Transactions & Trust Services laws/regulations (focus: UAE Egypt Saudi Arabia) to support e-contracting and trust-enabled workflows. Cybersecurity and cybercrime-related legal expectations in the region (as they affect incident handling, reporting, and contractual commitments). GDPR as the enterprise contracting baseline, and EU AI Act as a growing reference point for AI governance in contracting. Qualifications: Law degree (LLB, JD, or LLM) from a recognized university. Admitted to practice / Bar membership in a recognized jurisdiction (MENA preferred; other jurisdictions acceptable depending on experience and role requirements). 5 10+ years of legal experience with demonstrable work across privacy/data protection and technology contracting (in-house or top-tier practice). Strong ability to draft and negotiate privacy and tech documents (e.g., DPA + security addendum + SaaS/PS terms) and to work with technical stakeholders. Corporate/companies competence sufficient to support governance and cross entity structuring needs in a technology group. Fluency in Arabic & English (Arabic is the native working language; English is essential for contracting and customers). Comfort working from Cairo with up to 10-15% travel to Abu Dhabi/Dubai. Comfort to work in an early startup environment, with a growth mindset. Strongly Preferred: Privacy certifications or equivalent practical GDPR capability (e.g., CIPP/E) and/or AI governance-oriented credentials (e.g., AIGP). Familiarity (from a contracting and assurance perspective) with modern trust frameworks such as: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, ISO/IEC 27701:2025 (privacy information management extension). About the Role We are looking for a Creative Agency Operations Manager to join our customer’s Global Digital Marketing team through Intellias on a staff augmentation basis. This is the role that makes everything else possible. The Creative Factory is a fast-growing internal agency serving internal clients across 90+ markets. As the bridge between the project management and creative teams, you will own the operational flow of work—from intake and scoping through production, delivery, and close-out. You will act as the traffic controller and production lead, eliminating ambiguity, preventing missed timelines, balancing resources, and enabling creative specialists to consistently deliver professional, high-quality work.
The ideal candidate brings a startup mindset—proactive, structured, pragmatic, and biased toward action combined with the operational discipline required to run a complex, multi-disciplinary creative function at scale. Project Overview Our customer’s Creative Factory is a growing team of specialists across creative, production, and coordination functions, supporting market teams and business stakeholders across a global footprint. The Creative Agency Operations Manager will report directly to the Global Marketing Creative Operations Lead and work alongside the Creative Director as part of the Creative Factory’s leadership core.
The operating model is Jira-based and sprint-driven, with internal clients across multiple markets. As the in-house agency expands and workstreams become increasingly complex, this role will own and continuously improve the daily operations, processes, workflows, and resource management practices that enable the Creative Factory to achieve its ambition of becoming the agency of choice for the organization.
Key Responsibilities Workflow & Intake Management Own the end-to-end project workflow, including intake, scoping, scheduling, production, delivery, close-out, and feedback. Ensure every request follows a structured and predictable path through Jira, with accurate documentation at each stage. Triage and prioritize incoming briefs based on capacity, urgency, business impact, and strategic importance. Establish and manage a fast-track process for straightforward, quick-turnaround work, enabling small budgets and rapid timelines without compromising quality. Identify workflow gaps and proactively implement improvements. Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as the operational bridge between the project management and creative teams, balancing priorities, expectations, and capacity. Negotiate priorities and timelines between creative specialists, project managers, and internal stakeholders. Remove operational overhead from designers, developers, editors, strategists, and other creative specialists so they can focus on delivering high-quality work. Act as the primary operational point of contact for external creative vendors, including freelance designers, agencies, and copywriters. Build trusted and collaborative relationships with the Global Digital Marketing team and local marketing teams across markets. Identify potential issues early and take prompt action to protect timelines, quality, and client expectations. Capacity & Resource Management Maintain clear visibility of team capacity, workload, and hours logged across the Creative Factory. Schedule work based on real resource availability across design, copywriting, video, UI/UX, and development. Coordinate resources across multiple disciplines and concurrent projects. Communicate workload status and capacity constraints proactively to the creative team and internal clients. Set clear expectations around timelines, dependencies, and delivery dates from the beginning of each engagement. Provide the creative team with weekly task plans and timelines aligned with agreed priorities. Scoping, Quoting & Client Liaison Scope and quote each request before production begins. Apply the internal rate card consistently and accurately. Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Obtain appropriate sign-off on scope before production starts. Serve as the primary operational liaison for internal clients across markets, providing responsive, organized, and solution-oriented support. Track project costs, risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the production lifecycle. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track and report weekly on productivity, resource utilization, delivery performance, resourcing needs, and client satisfaction. Use analytics and performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Feed insights back into the workflow and operating model to improve throughput, predictability, and quality. Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions. Drive continuous optimization of the Creative Factory’s operational model rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, project management, agency production, or related fields. Previous experience working within an advertising or creative agency is required. Candidates with only corporate project management experience and no agency exposure will not meet the requirement. Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and creative development, gained through close collaboration with creative teams. Ability to scope, brief, coordinate, and quality-check creative work. Hands-on copywriting or design production is not required. Working knowledge of digital marketing, AI tools, and media production workflows. Strong Jira proficiency, including workflow configuration, sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking for multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both creative specialists and non-creative business stakeholders. Highly proactive and action-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to identify problems early and improve processes without being asked. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Experience with project scoping, financial tracking, budgeting, and risk management in a production environment. Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across creative, technical, and business audiences.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with internal rate card, cost allocation, or chargeback models. Familiarity with the full creative production lifecycle, including:Design Video production Copywriting UI/UXWeb development Direct, hands-on experience in a digital media or production environment. Experience working in a B2B or regulated industry. Additional European language skills.
What Success Looks Like In this role, success means creating an environment where creative teams can focus on great work because the operational foundation around them works seamlessly.
You will be successful when:Projects enter the Creative Factory with clear scope, priorities, timelines, and expectations. Teams have reliable visibility into workload and capacity. Creative specialists spend less time dealing with operational ambiguity. Internal clients know what to expect and receive proactive communication. Projects move through Jira consistently and predictably. Risks and bottlenecks are identified before they impact delivery. Data is used to improve productivity, resource allocation, and quality. The Creative Factory becomes faster, more scalable, and increasingly recognized as the organization’s agency of choice.
Why Join This Opportunity? Build something ambitious: Help establish and optimize the operational backbone of a genuinely ambitious in-house agency. ????️ Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (UK Hours); Potential for Flexible Hours
???? Location: Remote/Online
???? Salary Range: Attractive, Top-of-Market Salary (paid in GBP/USD)
At Palm Outsourcing, we don't just fill seats; we build elite teams. We continuously partner with top-tier clients looking for exceptional international talent.
Opportunity Overview Our client is a UK-based Salesforce managed services provider that acts as an outsourced in-house administrator for non-technical customer teams. They are converting a junior generalist headcount into an architect-level technical hire and are looking for a Solution Architect to design scalable Salesforce solutions and own delivery end-to-end within a small, high-autonomy team.
Role Description The Solution Architect will translate customer business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions and provide the technical judgement needed to challenge poor-practice asks and recommend best-practice alternatives. You will lead requirements gathering, design integrations across customer systems, and guide developers through agile delivery. This is a high-autonomy role with no micromanagement, so you must be comfortable owning work end-to-end and communicating directly with non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design - Translate customer business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices. Technical Consultation - Provide feasibility assessments and technical guidance that inform solution design decisions across engagements. Integration Strategy - Devise integration approaches connecting Salesforce with existing customer systems and third-party applications. Requirements Challenge - Challenge customer asks, push back on over-engineering, and recommend best-practice alternatives with confidence. Delivery Guidance - Provide architectural direction to development teams and participate actively in agile delivery cycles. Documentation - Maintain accurate CRM records, architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans for ongoing reference.
Minimum Qualifications English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role. Salesforce Architect Experience - 5 to 10 years designing Salesforce or CRM solutions at architect level, not admin only. Salesforce Certification - Salesforce Administrator certification, or a committed plan to certify within 6 to 12 months of joining. Stakeholder Communication - Ability to make technical concepts accessible and secure buy-in from non-technical customer stakeholders. Consultative Judgement - Confidence to challenge customer requirements and recommend best-practice alternatives rather than defaulting to order-taking. Self-Directed Delivery - Proactive work style; owns projects end-to-end without micromanagement, hand-holding, or waiting on others. Security and Compliance - Strong grasp of security protocols, data privacy standards, and relevant compliance requirements.
Bonus Qualifications Additional Certifications - Further Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications, or willingness to pursue Salesforce AI credentials. French Language - French language proficiency to support broader customer engagement across markets.
Benefits Top-of-the-market pay. Remote working. Potential for flexible hours. Becoming a part of Palm Outsourcing, where your performance is rewarded in long-term job security and continued growth opportunities.
Ready to elevate?
