Sales enquiries go to the client's internal teams fast, and brand-risk sentiment gets flagged before it grows• Keep Airtable current: content calendars, briefs, approval logs and trackers, running the agreed three rounds of feedback without the calendar slipping• Chase the pod daily. Design, animation, content creation and the English and Arabic copywriters, so same-day and next-day deliveries land• Own weekly engagement reporting and feed accurate data into the monthly, quarterly and annual reports• Watch each post for the first three to five days and flag reactive or optimisation opportunities while they're still live• Source platform, audience and culture signals, document them, and bring them into briefings with the creative team• Use AI tools where they make the work faster or sharper, with your own judgement on top<br>What We're Looking For• Someone based in Cairo, or ready to be, working onsite with our team. Native or fluent Arabic and professional English. You will be moderating and captioning in both.• 2 to 4 years in social as a coordinator, executive or associate, in an agency or in-house• Genuine multi-account experience. You ll work closely with Product, CX Ops, and Training teams to ensure agents are prepared for new features, policy changes, and process rollouts. This role is a critical bridge between Product Readiness and training content execution. Design end-to-end programs and learning journeys - from learning objectives and content sequencing to practice, assessment, and reinforcement. Break down complex product updates and processes into simple, engaging learning content, including slides, facilitator guides, eLearning, job aids, simulations, videos, and walkthroughs. Create practical, scenario-based learning that helps agents apply knowledge to real customer situations. <p>We are seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support core accounting and financial processes across multiple workstreams within the Finance Operations function. This role offers flexibility, enabling the individual to gain exposure to various financial areas through rotation based on business needs, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of financial operations and controls.</p>
