Operate CNC Laser and CO2 Laser machines according to operation orders and required drawings. Prepare and calibrate the machine before start-up and ensure its readiness. Execute cutting, drilling, and engraving operations accurately according to approved measurements and designs. Read and understand engineering drawings and operation files. Adjust machine settings such as speed, power, focus, and gases according to the material type. Monitor product quality during operation and ensure pieces meet specifications. Perform periodic machine inspection and carry out basic maintenance and cleaning. Handle operational faults and report technical faults needing specialist intervention to the maintenance department. Required tasks:
- Perform regular maintenance work for public central air conditioning systems and refrigeration equipment and cold rooms.
- Inspect and examine air conditioning devices and ensure their proper operation.
- Inspect pumps and air conditioning networks in building facilities and ensure their safety.
- Contribute to general maintenance work as needed.
- Install new air conditioners and follow up on them.
- Perform periodic cleaning of various air conditioner filters.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, repair faults, and maintain and install air conditioning and refrigeration units according to the directions and layouts of the direct supervisor.
- Handle all maintenance requests assigned to the technician according to the direct supervisor's directions and the service level agreement.
- Full knowledge of central commercial refrigeration systems and their internal components.
- Full knowledge of centralized integrated air conditioning systems and their internal components.
- Ability to detect, diagnose, and repair faults in both air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to request and install spare parts as required.
- Ability to read drawings and diagrams for both electrical wiring layouts and piping.
- Thorough knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures and the use of personal protective equipment, especially during preventive maintenance. For air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to ensure compliance with safety policies.
