<p>Leads and operates information technology (IT) discipline for properties and managed offices in scope. Manages a team of IT resources and is accountable for day-to-day hotel and company office IT operations. Provides support to operations leaders for owner relations and negotiations on IT matters. Once handed over from the direct manager, accountable for new opening/acquisition construction oversight, countdown, and live operation. Executes property internet support. Works with direct manager on vendor management and product development for the assigned market.</p>

<p>The purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by generating new pipeline through:</p>

The Role Reporting to the Manager People Systems & Analytics, you will support the implementation, administration, integration, and continuous enhancement of HRIS and ERP-related HR solutions. Your Responsibilities Support the implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of HRIS and ERP-related HR solutions, acting as a key subject matter expert for HR systems. Partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver system implementations, enhancements, and HR technology initiatives successfully. Understand business needs, gather and analyse requirements, and help translate them into practical and effective system solutions. Configure and maintain HR system structures, organizational data, workflows, approval processes, and user access profiles. Support data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable HR data. Coordinate system testing activities, including functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor system performance and data quality, identifying and addressing issues to maintain accurate, consistent, and compliant HR information. Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures. Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees, while supporting HR reporting and dashboard requirements. Identify opportunities for automation, system optimization, and continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HRIS, ERP implementation, HR technology, business systems administration, or a similar role. Hands-on experience supporting HRIS implementations, ERP projects, system enhancements, or HR digital transformation initiatives. Good understanding of key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, organizational management, time & attendance, and payroll-related processes. Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, system testing, and end-user support. Knowledge of data migration, data validation, reporting solutions, and system integrations is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, and business functions. Fluent English and Arabic; knowledge of German is an advantage.
