Conduct the required tests on fresh concrete according to approved specifications and standards. Collect concrete samples from mixers and job sites according to approved procedures. Perform Slump Tests and measure concrete temperature. Prepare, cast, label, and cure concrete cubes for compressive strength testing. Monitor compressive strength test results, maintain records, and report any non-conforming results to the Quality Manager. Monitor the quality of raw materials used in concrete production, including sand, aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures. Ensure that produced concrete complies with the approved mix design. Follow up on concrete deliveries to job sites and ensure compliance with the required specifications. Coordinate with and follow up with concrete mixer truck drivers regarding deliveries and site requirements. Maintain daily inspection and testing records and prepare quality control reports.
