<p>Ensure the security of guests belongings during C-in and C-out and assist to carry guests luggage to and from their rooms. Responsible for forwarding messages from the Front Office Department to guests and all other reports and documents to the related units. Deliver the best services to guests in line with the hotel s policies and procedures. Perform his/her duty according to the practices, operational instructions and procedures identified by the Front Office Manager. Always be friendly, well-groomed, polite and respectful. Gather information about the facility s occupancy for the respective day before starting the shift. Gather all information related to the previous shifts before starting the shift and check the entries in the logbook. Has knowledge of all activities that may (will) be held at the facility on the specific day. Help all guests with their luggage when entering and leaving the hotel. Show guests the way to their room and carry their luggage. Has detailed knowledge of all of the hotel and in-room services. Make the necessary explanations, in a polite and respectful manner, to guests while accompanying them to their rooms. Greet groups according to their arrival times, organise their luggage according to their room numbers and ensure that the luggage is sent to their room on time. Always start work on time and, when needed in times of busy check-ins and check-outs, work overtime. Responsible for the order of the reception desk and lobby. Carry out the periodic maintenance and cleaning of the luggage trolleys. Responsible for keeping the inside of the reception desk and the Back Office clean and orderly at all times. Responsible for safely keeping guest belongings under his/her responsibility. Keep track of all official documents and deliver them to the respective addressees Attend the internal communication meetings and trainings of the Front Office Department and share his/her suggestions and thoughts. Responsible for carrying the luggage for rooms that will be changed. Take part in the Emergency Response Teams. <p>As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
