Pipeline Management & Cross-Functional Support Track targeted projects through all design phases (schematic, detailed design, tender, and procurement) to safeguard specifications until contract award. Partner with the contractor sales team to hand over specified projects once main contractors and subcontractors are appointed. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, upcoming projects, and changing local regulatory codes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Activity Metrics: Weekly and monthly target for face-to-face visits, technical presentations, and consultant meetings. Specification Volume: Total number and monetary value of projects specified in design stages. BOQ Lock-In Rate: Percentage of specified projects where product code and brand name appear unchanged in final tender BOQs.
