We're looking for a senior frontend engineer to own our frontend and shape it as we grow. You'll build real-time interfaces against a strict versioned API and set the bar for frontend quality across the team. We work with sensitive data, so security and privacy are part of how we build, not an afterthought.
What you'll build
- Live call dashboards and socket-driven tickers that stay correct under load- Streaming AI chat over SSE: token streaming, tool-call rendering, markdown output- Browser audio capture and streaming for our voice products- Permission-driven, tier-gated dashboards for a multi-tenant RBAC product- Data-heavy UI with charts and visualizations that hold up at scale
What we need
- 3 to 5 years building production frontends, with real ownership on at least some of it- Strong React and Next.js (App Router). Fluency, not familiarity- Leadership experience: you've mentored or led, and you want to keep doing it- A security-first, privacy-first mindset. You think about what the client should and shouldn't hold, and you treat permission boundaries as non-negotiable- Performance depth: rendering optimization, memoization, virtualization, bundle and load discipline. You know why a data-heavy real-time UI stutters and how to fix it- Comfort working against a strict versioned REST API: structured error handling, permission-denial flows, contract discipline- Real-time experience (Web Sockets, SSE, or similar), or a track record that says you'll pick it up fast- Hands-on with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) in your actual workflow

- AI-product UI experience: streaming chat, tool calls, markdown rendering- Data visualization and charting depth- UI/UX sensibility- PDPL or other data-protection and compliance experience- Semantic versioning and structured release flows- Strong English
