BO DWDM Engineer<br>We are hiring an experienced BO DWDM Engineer to support and manage Optical Transmission networks within the transmission domain.<br>Key Responsibilities Handle Back Office (BO) operations for DWDM / OTN networks. Monitor performance, fault, and configuration management. Troubleshoot fiber and transmission network issues. Manage incidents and ticketing within agreed SLA/KPI. Operate and support NMS/EMS systems.<br>Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in DWDM / Optical Transmission networks. Strong hands-on experience in DWDM technologies and OTN. Solid knowledge of DWDM architecture (ROADM, EDFA, Optical Amplifiers). Experience in transmission BO operations. Understanding of SDH / MPLS-TP is a plus.
