Identify and secure new projects related to aluminum works, facades, curtain walls, windows, doors, woodworks, joinery, and interior finishing. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key decision-makers. Follow up on tenders, project opportunities, and market leads. Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Role Description The Tendering & Procurement Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves preparing and reviewing tender documents, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with internal teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals. The engineer will handle the end-to-end procurement cycle, including issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and preparing purchase orders in line with project requirements and company policies. Daily tasks include maintaining vendor databases, tracking material delivery schedules, supporting cost optimization initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
