Design and develop control system hardware and electrical drawings using Auto CAD.<br><br>Prepare and maintain electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation.<br><br>Support the development, modification, and troubleshooting of PLC control systems.<br><br>Work with Allen-Bradley PLCs; experience with Allen-Bradley programming is a strong advantage.<br><br>Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure compliance with project requirements.<br><br>Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities at customer sites when required.<br><br>Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and project engineering teams to deliver control system solutions.<br><br>Troubleshoot control hardware, PLC, and electrical system issues and implement corrective actions.<br><br>Review engineering drawings and ensure designs comply with applicable project standards and specifications.<br><br>Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design through commissioning<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.<br><br>3-5 years of relevant experience in controls engineering, industrial automation, or a similar field.<br><br>Strong hands-on experience with Auto CAD for electrical/control system design.<br><br>Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.<br><br>Allen-Bradley PLC Experience Is a Plus.<br><br>Previous commissioning experience is preferred.<br><br>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system drawings.<br><br>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<br><br>Good communication and teamwork skills.<br><br>Ability and willingness to travel for site installation, commissioning, and customer support when required.

Duties & Responsibilities Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions based on Cisco/Aruba products and technologies. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase different solutions. Answer technical questions and address customer concerns during the sales process. Design and architect solutions that meet customer requirements. Develop Bill of Materials (BOM), high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), and technical proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Provide technical support during the proof-of-concept (POC) and evaluation phases. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and post-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Create and maintain detailed documentation of proposed solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Communication / Electronics / Computer Engineering preferred).4-6 years of experience in a Network Pre-Sales role. In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with network design and planning tools (e.g., Ekahau, IRIS Intange, Cisco CCW). Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with modern architecture such as SD-WAN, SD-Access, ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
