Electrical Site Engineer – Fit-Out
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all electrical works during project execution, ensuring quality, coordinating with all disciplines, and delivering projects on time.
Key Responsibilities• Supervise all electrical fit-out works on-site. • Review electrical shop drawings and construction drawings. • Coordinate electrical installations with architectural, HVAC, plumbing, and interior finishing works. • Supervise installation of: o Lighting Systems o Small Power o Cable Tray & Trunking o Emergency Lighting o Distribution Boards o Power & Lighting Cabling o Fire Alarm o Data & Telephone o Access Control • Ensure all works comply with project specifications and approved drawings. • Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. • Monitor subcontractors and site manpower. • Prepare material requests and monitor deliveries. • Resolve site coordination and technical issues. • Follow up testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover. • Prepare progress reports and daily site updates.
Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. • 5–7 years of experience. • Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory. • Experience in: Commercial Offices & Residential • Strong understanding of electrical fit-out coordination. • Ability to read and review shop drawings. • Proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. • Revit is an advantage. • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
