Ensure the products’ loading process on sales trucks to be in the right quantity, quality, pattern and time Ensure the proper procedures for storing and managing products in the warehouses maintaining its safety, integrity and quality from the time of receipt till the time of issuance, including implementation of First In First Out concept (FIFO). Manage the warehouse’s purchases budget and follow up on the controllable S&D and MOH budgets in coordination with regional logistics managers. Organize receiving the finished goods from the plant & warehouse to keep enough stock. Coordinate with SP&L SPV in plant to send the RB. And supervise RB Sorting before sending them. Lead the Safety Action Team (SAT) regular meeting to Ensure H&S environment is in place. Ensure H&S and quality regulations are followed by all warehouse’s HC and report in case of obstacles. Implement food safety according to AIB standards. Support and implement warehouse management Best Practice and processes. And coordinate with HO on what to do with Crate, plastic separates, and wood pallets. Manage the waste products efficiently (damaged / expired). <span>Valleysoft is an IT services provider delivering enterprise technology, application development, process management, and IT support solutions to clients around the world.<br> Working across the Information Technology and Services sector, the company supports business-critical platforms and operations with a focus on reliability, service quality, and operational excellence.<br> This role sits at the heart of payment application support, helping ensure that critical banking and financial messaging platforms run smoothly, securely, and in line with operational and regulatory expectations.<br> You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to support essential payment services, resolve production issues, and help maintain the stability of systems that underpin high-value financial operations.<br> Responsibilities Provide Level 2/3 production support for critical banking payment applications and financial messaging platforms.<br> Configure and maintain payment routing rules, message formats, user roles, and system parameters.<br> Support SWIFT MT/MX financial messaging and troubleshoot payment processing, routing, and connectivity issues.<br> Monitor payment applications, investigate transaction failures, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.<br> Maintain system security, access controls, operational configurations, and compliance with banking regulations.<br> Support integration across payment systems, clearing systems, banking applications, and external financial networks.<br> Participate in production releases, change activities, post-deployment validation, and root cause analysis.<br> Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, audit evidence, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.<br> Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs/KPIs.<br> Participate in on-call or shift-based support when required.<br> Private Health Insurance Training & Development 5+ years of application support experience, including senior-level or Level 2/3 support responsibilities.<br> Hands-on production support experience for payment systems or payment hubs, including supporting critical payment applications in a banking or financial services environment.<br> Proven experience handling critical payment incidents, investigating transaction failures, rejects, duplicates, reversals, and reconciliation discrepancies, and managing production incidents within agreed SLAs.<br> Practical experience with SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Alliance Gateway, or SWIFT RMA, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot SWIFT MT/MX payment messages.<br> Strong SQL querying and transaction investigation skills, along with experience tracing payment issues end to end through application and server log analysis.<br> Experience with Linux or Unix administration, including log analysis, process or service checks, troubleshooting, and using monitoring tools to track application health, transactions, failures, and system availability.<br> Experience using ITSM or ticketing tools to manage incidents, problems, service requests, and changes within SLA commitments.<br> Strong understanding of payment processing flows, including initiation, validation, routing, processing, and completion, with hands-on experience in ACH, clearing systems, or equivalent local payment rails.<br> Understanding of reconciliation and settlement processes, along with experience working within AML/CTF and financial crime control environments.<br> Knowledge of payment security, banking regulatory requirements, operational controls, and SWIFT CSP requirements.<br> Ability to perform root cause analysis for recurring or high-severity payment incidents, and experience working within formal change-management processes, production releases, and post-deployment validation for payment applications.<br> Experience maintaining support runbooks, operational documentation, and audit or compliance evidence, and coordinating with payment operations, core banking or integration teams, infrastructure or platform teams, security or compliance teams, QA or release teams, and business or operations stakeholders during payment incidents and changes.<br> Eligibility to work in Egypt.<br> Availability for rotating shifts, occasional weekend or public-holiday coverage, and on-call support in a 24/7 production support environment.<br></span> </div>

In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.<br>This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.<br>Job Summary:The Senior Product Manager will own and lead Khazna’s core product lines across the Egypt and Saudi applications, defining product strategy, driving customer discovery, building and managing the product roadmap, leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes.<br>Key responsibilities:<br>Product strategy & roadmap. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Khazna's core product lines across the Egypt and Saudi apps. Translate company objectives into clear product outcomes, prioritize ruthlessly, and present your bets to leadership with conviction and clear rationale. Customer discovery & research. Lead continuous customer discovery to deeply understand Khazna's underbanked customers. Maintain a weekly customer interview cadence, run usability tests, field visits, support-ticket analysis, and synthesize learnings into opportunity solution trees that guide product decisions. Data-driven decisions. Use data to understand customer behavior, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions throughout the cycle. Partner with the data team to surface the insights that drive prioritization and trade-offs. Market & competitive intelligence. Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive moves. Benchmark Khazna's offering against peers, identify openings, and recommend where Khazna should compete, differentiate, or hold back. Stakeholder management. Build trusted partnerships with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Support, Risk, Credit, and Compliance. Bring stakeholders into discovery early, surface trade-offs clearly, and drive alignment across the organization. Solution definition & design. Translate validated customer problems into clear, complete PRDs. Partner with Design on user experience and with Engineering on technical approach. Validate the riskiest assumptions through prototypes, usability tests, and data dives before solutions move into build. Go-to-market & launch. Plan and execute successful product launches. Define success metrics before shipping, partner with Marketing, Growth, Sales, Support, and Operations on rollout, and own positioning, messaging, and adoption strategy. Performance & iteration. Define and track the KPIs that matter for your product lines. Read the data, talk to users who adopted and those who didn't, and iterate quickly, killing what doesn't work and doubling down on what does. People & process leadership. Mentor mid and junior product managers, and raise the bar for product craft across the team. Continuously improve how Khazna discovers, builds and ships, treating the product cycle itself as a product worth refining.<br>Qualifications5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in fintech, lending, payments, BNPL, or cards. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer digital products. Strong understanding of the Egyptian market, customers, and regulatory environment. KSA exposure is a plus. Customer-obsessed and outcome-oriented.
