المهام والمسئوليات :<br>تخطيط الإنتاج اليومي: وضع جداول التشغيل وتوزيع العمال على خطوط الفرز، التقطيع، التعبئة، والتجميد.<br>مراقبة سلسلة التبريد: متابعة درجات حرارة أنفاق التجميد السريع وثلاجات الحفظ لضمان عدم حدوث إذابة للمنتج.<br>تقليل نسب الهدر: تحليل المسببات الأساسية لفاقد المواد الخام أثناء مراحل التصنيع المختلفة ومعالجتها فوراً.<br>إدارة وتدريب العمالة: توجيه الفنيين وعمال الخطوط والالتزام بالزي الواقي المعتمد لمصانع الأغذية.<br>التنسيق مع الصيانة: جدولة فترات غسيل الخطوط والتنسيق للإصلاح السريع لأعطال السيور والماكينات.<br>تطبيق معايير السلامة: الإشراف على تطبيق قواعد الهاسب (HACCP) وممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP).<br>إعداد التقارير الدورية: رفع تقارير يومية لمدير المصنع تشمل كميات الإنتاج، الأعطال، والنسب<br>المهارات الشخصية والتقنيةا:<br>لقدرة على حل المشكلات: التعامل السريع مع توقف الخطوط المفاجئ لحماية المواد الخام من التلف.<br>مهارات القيادة: إدارة مجموعات كبيرة من العمال والفنيين وتوجيههم بوضوح.<br>التحمل والإنتاجية: القدرة على العمل في بيئات منخفضة الحرارة ولساعات عمل مرنة أو ورديات.<br>الدقة التامة: الانتباه لتفاصيل جودة ومظهر المنتج النهائي قبل التعبئة.<br>المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:<br>المؤهل الدراسي: بكالوريوس هندسة (زراعية/ كيميائية) أو بكالوريوس زراعة (تخصص صناعات غذائية).<br>الخبرة العملية: من&nbsp;4 إلى&nbsp;6 سنوات في مصانع الفواكه المجمدة ( خاصة الفراولة - المانجة )<br>المعرفة التقنية: دراية تامة بأنظمة التجميد الفردي السريع (IQF)، وماكينات التعبئة الرأسية والأفقية.<br>الشهادات المهنية: يفضل الحاصلين على دورات تدريبية في نظام سلامة الغذاء ISO 22000 والـ HACCP.<br><br>
