<p>The AV&L Show Operator is responsible for the daily operation, pre-show preparation, preventive maintenance, and technical execution of integrated Audio, Video, Lighting (AV&L), and Show-Control systems. This role ensures smooth nightly show performances, supports external site events, supervises field operations assistants, and maintains high standards of technical reliability and site safety.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>1.
