Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level, and in the M&I activities in the factory.</p><p>Define and adhere to standards: Ensures that all MES-E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety and product quality standards. Ensures that the key MES-E&A documentation is up to date and in place (i.e. SLD, URS, FDS, Calibration procedures, etc.) Ensure that the Management of Change is in place to appropriately manage modifications in the MES-E&A solutions. Ensure the application of the market and local MES-E&A related legislation (i.e. electrical, calibration, etc.).</p><p>Product and Process Mastership: MES-E&A engineers play a key role in the continuous improvement of our factories through mastering the process and product characteristics. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising operators and technicians, achieving daily production targets, controlling product quality, reducing defects and rework, ensuring proper material handling, and maintaining discipline across the assembly line. This role requires strong shop-floor leadership, practical experience in electronics assembly, and good understanding of small electronic product assembly, testing, inspection, and production control. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the earbuds assembly production line. Ensure production targets are achieved according to the approved production plan. Assign tasks to operators and technicians and monitor their productivity and discipline. Monitor daily output, line efficiency, downtime, rejection rate, rework rate, and quality issues. Supervise assembly processes for earbuds, charging cases, PCB parts, batteries, speakers, microphones, wires, housings, and accessories. Ensure proper handling of small electronic components, tools, jigs, fixtures, adhesives, silicone, soldering materials, and testing equipment. Follow up on assembly steps including soldering, wiring, gluing, silicone application, fitting, closing, testing, inspection, cleaning, labeling, packing, and final preparation. Ensure operators follow approved work instructions, SOPs, quality standards, ESD rules, and safety procedures. Operating the water, foam, glue, silicon, dispersant manually and check their efficiency before starting production. Checking the PLC operating system and to make sure all operating switches are at AUTO position. Adjust the forming plate, folder guides, and creasers according to product type. Coordinating with the Paper & additive operator to make sure of using the suitable paper type and the additives silos are filled and ready. Adjusting the belt speed, additives amounts according to the production plan made by the production engineer. Checking the production line by making a cold run test. Coordinate with the dryer operator to start the production line. Coordinate with the knife operator to make necessary adjustments on the creaser positions, forming plate according to the test results made by the knife operator. Makes the product test as water/ plaster ratio, slurry density, initial final setting time, foam density. Inspect the edges of boards on the setting belt and mark the defected ones and report to the knife operator. Fill the daily mixer report Follow the safety procedures when sudden fault- shutdown occurs. Like using the emergency water, cut the paper, clean the mixer area and forming plate. Report and help in maintenance of any sudden faults occurs in the machine Perform the cleaning tasks needed in the maintenance day. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Logistics Operator for one of our partners, a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting !</p><p>The Logistics Operator will be responsible for media handling, barcoding, inventory, and imaging activities. The Logistics Operator will work with other operators, studio supervisors, and management to ensure the receipt, inventory check-in, imaging, movement to and from production, storage, check-out and shipping processes of the organization are efficient.</p><p>Operational and technical responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Receives incoming media shipments in support of digital media production.</li><li>Performs incoming media inspection check-in, including manifest review, barcoding, file organization, media asset imaging, and data entry into asset management system.</li><li>Organizes media storage and delivery of media to respective production teams.</li><li>Receives completed media from respective production teams, performs check-out, and prepares for return or transfer to long-term warehousing</li><li>Maintains inventory of all media and equipment entering or exiting the facility.</li><li>Identifies missing or damaged materials and notifies the respective studio supervisor</li><li>Ensures all outgoing media is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping</li><li>Handles all media with appropriate care</li><li>Works with forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight from warehouse racking or trucks.</li><li>Assists with training of newly employed workers</li><li>Ensures tasks are completed safely and on time</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Prior experience working in a warehouse is preferred.</li><li>All applicants should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.</li><li>Familiarity with barcodes and barcode scanning</li><li>Familiarity with inventory control practices and logistics</li><li>Comfortable using inventory software and other organizational computer applications</li><li>Certification in the operation of a forklift truck is not necessary but would be considered a plus.</li></ul><p></p></section>
