Receive and acknowledge operational updates and service-related information at the beginning of each shift. Coordinate with OCC Controllers regarding timetable adherence, degraded modes, or operational changes. Service Continuity and Degraded Operations Respond appropriately to train failures and degraded operating conditions to maintain service continuity.
