<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Review shop drawings and compare them with the design drawings.</p></li><li><p>Prepare the required quantity take-offs for materials and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Review work requirements for equipment and materials and prepare the necessary purchase requests.</p></li><li><p>Assist the Construction Manager in developing the procurement plan according to the project schedule.</p></li><li><p>Assist the Construction Manager in preparing the manpower and equipment requirements plan.</p></li><li><p>Receive materials delivered to the project in accordance with the project specifications and submit them to the consultant for approval.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and supervise the execution of mechanical works within the approved budget and according to the required quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Hand over completed mechanical works to the consultant engineer upon completion.</p></li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.</p></li><li><p>2-4 years of experience in mechanical construction projects, including plumbing, drainage, and utility networks.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of shop drawings, technical specifications, and construction standards.</p></li><li><p>Experience in quantity surveying, material take-offs, and cost control.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with procurement processes and material submittals.</p></li><li><p>Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.</p></li></ol><p></p>
<p><strong>ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Check and review coordination designs and shop drawings received from integration CSD partners</li><li>Prepare telecom coordination input drawings ,arrangement layouts</li><li>Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, MEP, elect. etc. )</li><li>Update the CSD drawing log regularly</li><li>Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during the project.</li><li>coordinate and attend all coordination ceremonies with the project consultant and client</li><li>Coordinate with site engineer to provide him with all the information to prepare release forms and site handling reports</li><li>Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during the detailed design phase .</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>WORK EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in architecture ,civil engineering</li><li>3:5 years of experience at least 2+ years of solid work experience in coordination of big projects is a must.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD ,sketch up, 3d max & Revit is a must</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office software package</li><li>Excellent communication & reporting skills</li><li>An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability</li><li>Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment.</li><li>Good command of written and speaking English</li></ul>
