Could you be the full-time Rolling Stock Lead Engineer in Cairo we re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your rolling stock engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and solutions-driven teammates. You'll ensure that the monorail rolling stock system meets project requirements, safety regulations, and performance (RAMS) targets while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, operators, and stakeholders. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., QA, production, design authorities), lead safety and quality systems management, and much more. You ll specifically take care of analyzing maintenance management systems and conducting trend analysis, but also lead technical audits and provide updated maintenance strategies. Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the Rolling Stock/Railway Industry
• Understanding of rolling stock design, traction and braking systems, and vehicle dynamics
• Knowledge of RAMS and safety engineering principles
• Familiarity with railway standards, regulations, and configuration management
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure with a quality and safety focus
