Provide technical support to site teams and resolve design-related queries. Ensure that all architectural documentation aligns with local regulations, codes, and client standards. Supervise the preparation of as-built architectural drawings and project close-out documentation. Participate in value engineering and project optimization discussions. Mentor junior architectural engineers and technicians within the technical office.<br>Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.7 – 10 years of experience in a technical office role within architecture or multidisciplinary consulting firms. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, or other architectural software. Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and international standards. Excellent attention to detail and design coordination skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
