Key Responsibilities:• Prepare complete quantity take-offs for all project items.• Prepare and verify purchase quantities in coordination with the procurement team.• Review subcontractor and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Monitor and analyze consumption and waste rates for each work item.• Support cost control by preparing monthly cost reports and cash flow updates.• Conduct quantity verification and update records according to site progress.• Assist in evaluating variation orders and price comparisons
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Only graduates of public (government) universities will be considered5–7 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction projects. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Revit and Auto CAD;Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently and within a project team.
