Roles & Responsibilities Start up· Receive & review the project documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ’s)· Participate in the preparation of the project’s Quality Documents (PQP, QMP’s and ITP’s, WPS’s, PQR’setc.) including the quality forms that will be used along the project period· Manage concrete trial mixes with vendor and client· Manage Testing of primary materials (Rebar, CMU) for source approval Execution· Manage and perform Material Inspection upon receiving at site (MIR’s)· Conduct random inspection on site activities and raise NCR alerts in case of defects/noncompliance.· Identifying, eliminating, managing risks related to poor quality via NC alerts through daily site surveillance· Issue of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) and the necessary follow-up of Corrections and Correctiveactions.· Perform 2nd Party audits on suppliers/Manufacturers.· Managing testing agencies and 3rd parties within the project area Close out· Participate in assuring that all live quality documents (IR’s, MIR’s, NCR’s and test reports) are complete,scanned and filed in a manner matching the requirements of the contract or as per agreed with the client· Participate in assuring that all external/internal NCR’s are closed· Managing the issuance and closure of punch lists till acquiring the Taking over certificates (partial andfinal)· Participate in the preparation of the project Quality close out report.
