المهنية</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">دعم وحدة التدريب والجودة، ومتابعة تنفيذ خططها، وتوفير الموارد اللازمة بالتعاون مع مجلس الأمناء والمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تحفيز العاملين على تطوير أدائهم المهني، وإتاحة فرص التنمية المهنية بصورة عادلة للجميع.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المشاركة المجتمعية</span></h4><ul><li><p التي تسهم في تحسين وتطوير المدرسة.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الخبرات والجدارات المطلوبة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على شهادة الصلاحية لمزاولة وظائف الإدارة المدرسية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء برامج التنمية المهنية المؤهلة للوظيفة وفق متطلبات الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على تقرير تقويم أداء بمرتبة فوق متوسط على الأقل خلال آخر سنتين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء جميع الشروط والمهام الوظيفية المنصوص عليها بالقرار الوزاري رقم (164) لسنة 2016 وتعديلاته، والقرارات واللوائح والنشرات المنظمة.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">سنوات الخبرة</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشغل الوظيفة بالاختيار من بين شاغلي وظيفة <strong>معلم أول (أ)</strong> أو ما يعادلها على الأقل، وفقًا لإجراءات وأسس الاختيار الواردة باللائحة التنفيذية والقرار رقم (1764) لسنة 2020، لمدة سنتين قابلة للتجديد.</span></p><h3 ><span معتمد ومختوم.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إفادة بعدم الإحالة للمحكمة التأديبية أو الجنائية في مخالفات مالية أو مخلة بالشرف والأمانة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إفادة بممارسة العمل في وظيفة التوجيه الأدنى مباشرة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">صور معتمدة من الشهادات الداعمة مثل الحاسب الآلي واللغة الإنجليزية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">رؤية ومقترح لتطوير الوظيفة في ضوء المستحدثات التربوية بما لا يزيد عن ورقتين (أصل + 9 صور).</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">شهادة تحليل مخدرات من مستشفى
