- Ensure orders arrive intact. - Meeting with delivery representatives and discussing daily performance summary. - Review the delivery report of disrupted orders with every sales representative in advance. - Optimal use of the distribution fleet - Responsible for loading efficiency to ensure correct delivery. - Working on updating routes - Monitoring the routes of his/her assigned customers - Assisting in continuous improvement of routes and tools through market experience - Ensure that sales tools align with needs and business plans. - Lowering refrigerating units (in case of wholesale sales) - Contribution to training, guidance, and implementation of health and safety programs in the market.
