<p>As a site construction field supervision engineer you will provide structural engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support within the structural construction supervision team on a large-scale project.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Monitors construction of NPPs and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design.</li>
<li>Supports the client in civil construction site inspections.</li>
<li>Participates in safety, environmental and hazard assessments.</li>
<li>Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to site construction.</li>
<li>Reports on project performance against the baseline plan.</li>
<li>Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Represents Worley at internal and external meetings on the project.</li>
<li>Reviews as-built documentation for completeness as per EPC contract requirements and applicable standards.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Experience and qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong construction oversight skills; 8+ years of construction field supervision.</li>
<li>Experience in multi-cultural teams.</li>
<li>NPP or nuclear-related construction experience is required.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to analyze, communicate, influence and persuade.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.</li>
